Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about Click VPN

Why I need a VPN?

+
Security: It encrypts your internet traffic, making it difficult for others to intercept and read your data.

Privacy: A VPN hides your IP address and online activities from your ISP and other third parties, protecting your online privacy.

Anonymity: By connecting to a VPN server, you can appear as if you're accessing the internet from a different location, enhancing your anonymity online.

Why does Click VPN fail to connect?

+
First, check your mobile network connection to ensure your device is connected to the internet. Try accessing other websites or apps to confirm the network is working.

If the network is fine, switch to a different server node in the Click VPN app and try again.

Also, you can uninstall and then download the latest version from the Google Play or App Store.

If your current network restricts or blocks VPN traffic, switch to another Wi-Fi network or try using mobile data.

If the issue persists, all of our servers may be blocked by your country. We need some time to purchase new servers to handle this — please wait for a few hours and try reopening Click VPN again.

What if some sites won't load after VPN is connected?

+
This issue may be caused by the website blocking the VPN server. You can try switching to another VPN server node for connection.

What to do if VPN is slow?

+
Overloaded or Distant Server: The VPN server you're using might be overcrowded or located far from your physical location, causing slower speeds. Switch to a closer or less busy server.

Internet Connection Issues: If your base internet connection is slow, the VPN will also be slow. Test your internet speed without the VPN and troubleshoot your connection (e.g., restart your router or contact your ISP).

Will Click VPN compromise my privacy?

+
Click VPN encrypts all your data transmissions to ensure that privacy information will not leak even when you are connected to an unsafe network.

However, if you access malicious websites while using the VPN, there is still a risk of privacy leakage.

Therefore, when using a VPN, please avoid visiting suspicious websites.

Does using Click VPN consume additional data traffic?

+
Using a VPN on a mobile device consumes data traffic because the VPN transmits data through an encrypted tunnel.

However, the VPN itself does not add extra data usage; it simply encrypts and redirects your network traffic.

Can't find the server you want?

+
Click VPN has deployed servers in over 45 countries or regions. If you need more regions, please contact us.

Does Click VPN support all websites and services?

+
Although Click VPN can access many restricted websites and services, not all websites and services support VPN connections.

Some websites or services may detect and block VPN connections or require additional verification for access.

Additionally, certain regions or countries may impose restrictions or block VPN usage.

Does Click VPN offer refunds or a trial period?

+
Click VPN offers refunds or trial period services. Some subscription plans include a free trial, which is free during the trial period and begins charging after the trial ends.

If not canceled, it will automatically renew. To request a refund, please cancel the subscription on the Google Play or App Store subscription page. We strictly adhere to the policies of the app store. If you are dissatisfied with Click VPN or encounter any issues before purchasing, please contact customer support promptly.
